ÚCAR, Puerto Rico

When a leaf falls to the ground and echoes like an echo, it is a piece of dragon skin.  Legend says that sometimes when a dragon sheds its skin it becomes human for a few hours.

Today is the day that UCAR comes out of its cave and for several hours breathes and dances almost like a human.
